The Highlands Soccer Association (HSA) conducts, encourages, promotes, advances and administers Football in the Highlands.
As well as the local competition, HSA clubs/teams play in Football South Coast competitions and compete in joint competitions with Southern Tablelands Football Association (STFA) clubs/teams.
